A sparkling wine made using the Traditional Method, this wine composed of Vidal and Geisenheim, Frontenac was first bottled in 2017.

Semi-oaked dry white wine

 

The XV35 is a dry, oaky white wine, vinified in French oak barrels.

 

Made from the Vandal grape variety, this is a wine that develops a complex aromatic range from aromas of honey to apple peel and a hint of vanilla.

 

Food pairing suggestion: Cheeses, Carbonara, Scallops.

 

Serve between 8°C and 10°C

Village des Entre-Côtes

Dry red wine

 

The ancients of the last century called the present village of Saint-Pierre, the Village of Entre-côtes, where agriculture was practiced.

 

This dry red wine is made from two grape varieties, Marquette and Frontenac Noir, and has been aged for six months in American oak barrels. It develops a fruity and slightly spicy nose. Its palate is rounded with supple tannins.

 

Food pairing suggestions: Ideal with Italian tomato-based dishes, pizzas, cheeses and cold meats.

 

Serve between 14°C and 16°C

Le Kir de l'Île

Aperitif wine

 

Kir de l'île is a light aperitif wine. It is blended with our white wine Le 1535 and their blackcurrant syrup from the Vinaigrerie du Capitaine in Saint-Jean-de-l'Île-d'Orléans.

 

Smoked salmon color with a blackcurrant nose. Light and fresh on the palate. Ideal as an aperitif or by the pool!

 

Suggestion: aperitif

Winter harvest wine

2020 Nations Cup Grand Gold Winner

 

From Émile Nelligan's poem Winter Evening, "Ah! How the snow has snowed! My windowpane is a garden of frost..."

 

A blend of Vidal and Geisenheim, our ice wine has a golden color with a powerful nose of apricot and lychee on a round and fresh palate with a nice length in the mouth.

 

Food pairing suggestion: Blue cheese, Foie gras, spicy dishes or with dessert.

Dry white wine

 

 

The 1535 is a dry white wine reminiscent of the year of Jacques Cartier's discovery of L'Isle de Bacchus.

 

Unique in its kind, it is made from the Vandal, Eona and Acadie grape varieties. It is a wine that develops a complex aromatic range, with aromas of tropical fruits and citrus.

 

Food pairing suggestion: starters, fish, seafood, sushi, white meats and citrus sauce.

 

Serve between 7°C and 8°C

Filles du Roy

Semi-dry rosé wine

 

Semi-dry rosé wine in memory of the famous Les Filles du Roy, who helped populate the Ile d'Orléans decades ago.

 

This wine is made from the Sainte-Croix and Maréchal-Foch grape varieties. Rosé with a smoked salmon color, it develops a nose of berries. Light and balanced on the palate with a round and fresh finish.

 

Food pairing suggestions: summer salad, cold meats, smoked salmon, grilled meats, sushi.

 

Serve at 10°C.

Dry red wine

 

Made from the same blend as the Village des Entre-Côtes, namely the Marquette and Frontenac Noir, it is aged for 18 months in American oak barrels. It develops a nose with delicately woody aromas, light roasted notes with a beautiful roundness and length on the palate.

 

Food pairing suggestions: it is the ideal companion for red meats, game, lamb, Chinese fondue, strong cheeses and dark chocolate.

Vendange tardive

With a beautiful golden yellow color, Vendange Tardive is produced from the second pressing of Vin de Glace. A blend of Vidal and Geisenheim, it develops delicate aromas of pears, green apples, and peaches.

 

Food pairing suggestion: gourmet: Square of bitter dark chocolate, pâtés and strong cheeses.
