The 1535: is a dry white wine reminiscent of the year of the discovery of L'Isle de Bacchus by Jacques Cartier.
Unique in its kind, it is made from the Vandal, Acadie, Eona and Gelsenheim grape varieties. It is a wine that develops a complex aromatic range ranging from honey to tropical fruit and citrus aromas.
Food pairing suggestion: cheese starters, fish, seafood, white meats in citrus sauce.
